Allaire Financial Strategies began, in Buffalo NY, with a concept that people may be able to maximize their personal wealth when they are taught the strategies for achieving their goals.

Founded in 1987, in Buffalo NY, on that philosophy, Allaire Financial Strategies has evolved and has assisted clients in their Retirement Distribution Focus, Income Planning, Wealth Management, Wealth Accumulation, and Family Protection, during various stages of their life. These life stage strategies incorporate the client's outcome driven objectives, and a long term goal of not outliving money when designing their future.
Patrick E. Allaire, President/CEO of Allaire Financial Strategies, and Financial Planner, in Buffalo NY, with Securities America Advisors, is a frequent guest lecturer and author on various insurance issues, investment alternatives, estate planning, and business planning, retirement planning strategies as well as social security planning and withdrawal strategies. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to the process, is published in various publications, and is also in the process of writing a book.

Keith J. Schottman, Vice President of Allaire Financial Strategies, Financial Planner, is a Registered Representative of Securities America, Inc., Member, FINRA/SIPIC. Keith has over 14 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance and Real Estate. Keith joined Patrick Allaire at Allaire Financial Strategies in 2011 with a focus of providing sound financial planning, retirement planning, distribution planning and estate planning services to individuals, families, and small businesses.
Keith assists clients in gaining a clear understanding of their financial goals, provide them a well-defined pathway for achieving those goals and gives ongoing advice to help adjust their path when needs change.
Keith has earned a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the State University of New York at Fredonia as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University at Buffalo.
